RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist booking and marketing team in administrative and clerical support, including data entries, updating and filing documents, etc.
• Monitor marketing materials' inventory and logistics arrangement
• Prepare month-end report, invoice, PO and GRN and other accounting duties
• Event support and coordination including film festival and meet-and-greet session as required
• Participate in ad hoc projects and performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• School Certificate or above
• 3 years working experience
• Strong command of both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and good team player
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
