Job Description
- Assist in digital marketing program including social media content development, website content update, marketing contest execution and logistic arrangement.
- To follow up online shop sales order, payment verification, invoicing, delivery arrangement and customer profile maintenance.
- To support the implementation of marketing programs to meet business objective.
- Handle customers enquiries from both telephone and online, with professional manner and excellent customer service skills.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Perform general clerical duties and ad hoc projects assigned by management.
- Form 6 / DSE or above.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Marketing or Customer Services.
- Customer-oriented with good telephone manner.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Knowledge in up-to-date communication tools such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Wechat is an advantage.
- Responsible, detail-minded, team player with pleasant personality.
- Interest in health care industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred.
