Sourcing of purchase requested items

Price comparison between suppliers

Prepare and follow up PO and contract

Checking all invoices before passing to Finance

Follow up the quality report from manufacturer

Prepare work on supplier evaluation

Document filing

Assist Manager in daily operation

Other ad-hoc issues

Education required :

Diploma or above

Skill required :

Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & ideally Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP a plus

Over 4 years of working experiences, especially in purchasing

Detail oriented, multi tasking, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal skill
