Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Managers in daily operations, such as project preparations;
• Co-ordinate with clients, development teams and internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time with satisfactory quality;
• Assists project team in client business requirement analysis and translation;
• Participates in direct communication with clients, including product demonstration, ongoing support, project meeting and etc;
• Prepare presentation, proposal, quotation and contract

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration, Information System, Computer Science or Business related disciplines, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Can-do attitude, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Detail minded, well organized and able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Good time management, able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team or as an individual contributor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
