Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare drafts of legal advice
• Proofread and translate documentation
• Provide support drafting, reviewing and amending corporate agreements and documents
• Prepare summaries, excel files and charts of corporate agreements and documents
• File, organise and maintain all legal documents of the Group
• Keep track of deadlines relating to the legal activity of the Group
• Liaise with other internal departments of the Group and other third parties in relation to legal matters
• Perform other legal or administrative tasks as and when instructed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law, preferably gained from a HK/UK Universities
• 1-2 years paralegal experience working in corporate finance department
• Highly proficient in English with excellent writing skills, proficiency in Mandarin
• Good knowledge in the use of computer and various systems
• PRC candidates with IANG visas are highly preferred
• Independent, willing to learn, proactive and high attention to detail
• Be able to work under pressure and fast pace environment
• Fresh graduates with excellent language skills and passion in Corporate Finance will also be considered as junior paralegal (Training will be provided)
