Customer Service Officer

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Customer Service Officer assists in managing all aspects of ticketing and customer relationship management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• To help the Marketing Manager in devising pricing strategies, liaising and maintaining good relations with performing venues, presenting bodies and URBTIX on ticketing and front-of-house matters;
• To handle the set-up, issuance, exchange and resale of Subscriptions and all main-stage concert tickets, and to manage other daily ticketing operations;
• To record, archive and report attendances for all main-stage ticketed concerts;
• To master with sales data, be able to read, distill and analyse into useful insights that optimise ticket revenue and attendance rate;
• To interact with and address all ticketing needs of current and potential patrons related to Subscriptions, and main-stage ticketed concerts;
• To provide the highest standard of ticketing and other customer services to the HK Phil’s patrons.

 Attributes:

• University graduate in Business, Communications, Science, Data Management or other related discipline;
• Good with numbers, equip with the know-how to master data;
• Well organized and detail-oriented;
• Self-motivated, creative and able to organize and act independently;
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of database management system is an asset;
• An interest in and/or knowledge of classical music will be an added advantage.
