Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service and meet service goal
- Answering telephone hotline in professional manner in order to respond users’ requirements
- Handle customer service inquiries, reservations
- Ensure a smooth running of the process with customers
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Form five or above, relevant working experience is preferred
- Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software and contain some basic computer knowledge
- Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment

資歷:

- 勤奮細心、主動盡責、能在工作壓力及節奏快速的環境下工作
- 需輪班工作
