Your role within our TEAM:

• Conduct after-sales customer satisfaction surveys in order to identify areas of strength and weakness in our products and processes
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls (and sometimes face to face) for price.com.hk
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Responsible for data entry to system, and assure the highest level of data accuracy
• Provide administration support to the team of Price.com.hk
• Communicate with merchants to ensure the product details are correctly posted on our platform
• Assist various ad-hoc projects as assigned

Skills and traits of you:

• Form 5 or higher 
• At least 1 year full time working experience in general clerical duties such as data entry
• Knowledge in 3C products would be an advantage
• Attention to details and organize
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good co-ordination and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
• Patient, careful, responsible manners and works well in a team
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
