Our client is currently focusing on expanding their hospitality division due to new organizational expansion plans, they are looking for Senior Interior designer / Signage Director / Senior FF&E designer to focus on delivering high-end interior design plans for their new 5 star hotel projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate design concept, layouts and detail 
• Brainstorm and sketch concepts
• Independently handle projects from design concept to completion 
• Coordinate and maintains relationship with clients and contractors
• Senior FF&E - Prepare full set and documentation, material selection, and various specifications 
• Signage Director - Supervising and manage the Signage design team with good standard

Requirements:

• Degree holder of interior design, architecture or other related discipline.
• Minimum 3-10 years experience in Hotel / Club House / Show Flats / Retail / Commercial / Office Design
• Have passion for design, innovative, creative, think independent and willing to explore new ideas
• Mature, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with confidence
• Experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Illustrator, PowerPoint
• Good in both spoken and written English and / Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to travel occasionally
• 5 days work week
