Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operation of our After-sales Service Centre of passenger car to ensure the quality of customer service
- Record customers' requirements, recommend maintenance & repairing services. Keep track with customer on their satisfaction of our service
- Prepare customer orders, estimate the cost of repair and handle invoicing
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and other administrative duties
- Follow up the vehicle repairing process with related parties and ensure parts arrangement could coordinate smoothly for the whole servicing process
- Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
- F.5 or above, Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering is an advantage
- At least 3 year relevant experience in Motor Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficient at MS Office applications
- Self-initiated, well organized, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Valid Hong Kong driving licence # 1, 2 is an advantage
- More experience will also be considered as Senior Service Advisor
