Area: Kwun Tong

Responsibilities:

• Maximize the events sales of the Group by offering the highest levels of client satisfaction
• Study requirements of all booked events to familiarize and ascertain the possibility of selling additional facilities, to produce extra revenue
• Deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Handle customer enquiries with a professional telephone manner and ensure the timely follow-up and good relationships with customers
• Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally (e.g. site visit at the venues)
• Maintain all client information and sales correspondence database
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly sales activity reports, Daily sales Report, Pre- and Post- Event evaluations and report and other supporting documents.
• Compose, publish and distribute event order (EO) to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing the event in an efficient manner
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as requested by Event Sales Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Requirements:

• Proven event management experience
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
• Essentially a 5-day week but able to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary
