Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective sales strategies and sales plans to achieve sales targets for designated accounts
• Responsible for lead generation performance including sales follow-up, pipeline measurement, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance 
• Translate business strategies into sales enablement strategies tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of programs and impact of Marketing to the business. Utilizes data analysis to provide insights to influence the strategy. 
• Build up and maintain long-term business relationship with key accounts, distributor and industry KOL, including but not limited to health & beauty chain stores, supermarket chains, other channels and businesses
• Assist in develop overseas market, closely work with overseas and China distributors for supporting local import registration and order follow up
• Participate and manage local and international exhibitions and trade shows
• Identify and explore opportunities to develop new business
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure development and implementation of consumer campaigns

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
• Sales channels in China a Must
• Minimum 8 years FMCG business development experience, prior experience in health products will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong sense of commitment
• Result oriented with strong analytical skill
• Ability for multi-tasking and work excel under pressure
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Putonghua and English
• Candidate with experience on handling overseas and China customers will be an advantage
