Job Description
Job Duties:
- Co-ordinate & negotiate with individual / Company driver's booking and renting at lowest cost
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to corporate client by setting SOP & KPI
- Excellent MS Office especially in Excel - Pivot Table and advance formula setting for individual customer
- Manage a small team of operations
- Organize Daily Routing
- Answer telephone enquiry from Drivers & Customer
- Cross check document receive from Drivers & Excel data accuracy of accounting / billing
- Able to handle adhoc tasks
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Business, Logistics, Accounting or related discipline
- Familiar with van, truck & warehouse renting and operations workflow
- Experience in Driver management & warehouse management system (WMS)
- Min 5 years' experience in MNC Logistics Company prefer with CRM & CMS knowledge but not a must
- Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing is a must
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software and contain some basic computer knowledge
