Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate & negotiate with individual / Company driver's booking and renting at lowest cost
• Provide exceptional customer service experience to corporate client by setting SOP & KPI
• Excellent MS Office especially in Excel - Pivot Table and advance formula setting for individual customer
• Manage a small team of operations 
• Organize Daily Routing
• Answer telephone enquiry from Drivers & Customer
• Cross check document receive from Drivers & Excel data accuracy of accounting / billing 
• Able to handle adhoc tasks

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Business, Logistics, Accounting or related discipline
• Familiar with van, truck & warehouse renting and operations workflow
• Experience in Driver management & warehouse management system (WMS)
• Min 5 years' experience in MNC Logistics Company prefer with CRM & CMS knowledge but not a must
• Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing is a must
• Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software and contain some basic computer knowledge
