Responsibilities:

- Handle matters at Reception to include answering phone calls;

- Provide general clerical support including data entry, verify correctness and completeness of documents;

- Issuance of bill of lading/ airway bill and manifest, documentation and filing, and following up with overseas agents;

- Issue invoice for payment and collection from clients, overseas agents & co-loaders

- Communicate and co-ordinate with factories, clients, shippers and agents;

- Provide needful support to supervisor

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with 1-2 years solid experience in freight forwarding company;

- Hands on PC skill including MS office, Word & Excel, English and Chinese word processing;

- Good command of verbal and written in English Mandarin and Cantonese;

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Well organized and have good sense of responsibility;  

- Able to work efficient, effective, independent and with initiative;

- Hardworking and able to work under pressure;

- Good Punctuality and Attendance
