Job description :

• Able to handle full set of shipping document for both sea export & sea import
• Lead the small operation team to co-ordinate daily operation in comply with company Standard of Procedure & ISO 9001
• Responsible to review the Standard of Procedure & report Management for necessary adjustment in accordance with market requirement
• To implement the agreed Standard of Procedure and ensure the service standards are met
• Effectively communicate with customers, shipping lines , coloaders , subcontractors, branch offices , overseas agents for email enquiry & daily booking
• Good knowledge in NVOCC & consolidations for Japan / Asean / Europe markets
• To obtain competitive cost from all subcontractors including overseas agents to support sales dept in developing new business
• To conduct internal department meeting on regular basis & report to Senior Manager
• To monitor department Profit & Loss report with accurate data
• To visit Shenzhen & Guangzhou offices for participating operation meetings
• OT working & public holiday working are required for adhoc cases

Job requirements :

• Post-secondary or above with formal training in shipping and / logisitcs industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• 6-8 years' solid experience in freight forwarder field in handling full set of shipping documents
• Basic experience in both air export & air import is preferable
• Proven knowledge in Japan , Asean, Europe and USA market is preferred
• Capable to work independent & under pressure
• Mature, self-motivated, teamwork , strong leadership skill
• Good knowledge in Shenzhen & Guangzhou operation is advantage
• Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point)
