Job responsibilities including: 

• Financial and management reporting 

• Statutory reporting 

• Operational, internal and budgetary controls 

• Day-to-day operation of the finance and administration department 

• Cash management and control 

• Job / project costing and control 

• Monthly payroll and human resources management 

• Initiative and be a change agent of the systems in the company 

• Liaison with external auditors and other regulatory bodies

Requirements: 

• Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years post qualification experience 

• At least 3 years Big 4 auditing experience, preferable with exposure in marketing communication companies including advertising or public relations companies

• Willing to work under pressure and in small team

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Fluent in Putonghua and English is essential  

• Knowledge in China Law and Taxation will be an advantage
