Job Description

• Research on comparable markets and industries
• Prepare and financial analysis, forecast, financial modules
• Assist in corporate finance assignments, including opportunistic investment, IPOs, M&A,
• Extract and analyze financial conditions, generate an executive summary and report to the director
• Reconcile and analyze relevant financial ratios for pre-IPO consultation purpose
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Qualified accountant, preferably an members of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance and other relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of commercial experience preferably in listed company / IPO engagements will definitely be an asset
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Codes,SFO regulations, other relevant regulatory rules and regulations
• Knowledge of Hong Kong taxation is preferred
• Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a MUST
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Independent, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
