Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops & conducts training programs to meet the business objectives
- Conducts training follow ups to ensure the effectiveness of training program
- Coordinates/ manages assigned learning & development projects for the department
- Conducts store visits regularly to assess the effectiveness of the programs and provides field coaching
- Performs other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- University graduate in related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail, service or operations related functions
- Proactive, innovative, people and service oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills and preferably in Mac book operation and video editing
