Job Description
Responsibilities
- To response for providing clerical and administrative support to the Directors & Departments
- To handle receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services, office administration procurement, daily data entry and invoice verification
- To assist in organizing staff activities and ad hoc projects
- To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
- To assist in enroll medical, input data into HR system and recruitment process
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in handling Administration;
- Proficiency in Computer skill such as MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Mature, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Must be a good team player
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Immediate available is an advantage.
