Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To response for providing clerical and administrative support to the Directors & Departments
  • To handle receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services, office administration procurement, daily data entry and invoice verification
  • To assist in organizing staff activities and ad hoc projects
  • To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
  • To assist in enroll medical, input data into HR system and recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in handling Administration;
  • Proficiency in Computer skill such as MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Mature, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must be a good team player
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
