Responsibilities:

• Provide support in HR daily operations, such as HR reporting, maintain employee data in HRIS, on-boarding/ off-boarding arrangement, staff expenses claims & group medical insurance, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Min. of 4 years’ relevant experience in a generalist capacity in sizeable international organization, experience in C&B administration or account servicing is a plus
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements.
• Well-versed in MS Office application, and have experiences in different HR systems is an advantage;
• Independent, flexible, well-organised, and collaborative with strong communication and inter-personal skills;
• Good team player, attention to details and able to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated, flexible & willing to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken Putonghua is an advantage;
