Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of HR strategies in the areas of manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, salaries administration and performance appraisals systems
- Ensure HR policies keep abreast of the market trends and aligned with corporate guidelines and local legislation;
- Responsible for talent acquisition from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation
- Provide professional advice and support management in resolving HR related issues
- Lead and drive HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of human resources and administration experience in the hospitality / leisure / entertainment industry, preferably in organizations that have offices overseas.
- Good knowledge in labour ordinances, regulations in HK;
- Team player with excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin & English;
- Travel is required
