Responsibilities:

• Handle HK & Macau full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selections, compensation & benefits, employee relations, payroll, MPF and IRD issue
• Perform recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Provide day-to-day C&B administrative support, including staff benefits administration, leave management, medical insurance & labour insurance etc.
• Update and maintain employee database records
• Assist ad hoc projects and company event as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR working experience in sizable organization is an advantage
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
• Knowledge in Macau Employment Ordinance and other Macau related legislation is an advantage
• Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Those candidates with less experience can be considered as Human Resources Officer
