Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate project documents and update the status reports for the Project Department.
- Manage internal databases and filing records.
- Assist to compile regular internal reports for site matters.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- F.7 or DSE graduate or above; diploma holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines will be a bonus.
- 1-2 years’ administrative/ clerical experience.
- Previous experience in interior contracting / construction firm will be a definite advantage.
- Good command of written English & Chinese.
- Team player with good working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office application such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
