Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Payroll, C&B, Attendance & leave administration etc;
• Solid experience in payroll administration in retail & sizeable industry;
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in retail or sizable company;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, EC Compensation and other related legislation;
• Mature, Detail-minded, Initiative, Positive Attitude & able to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to identify character of staff;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point & Chinese Processing;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
