Job Description

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth branch operations and branch security
  • Supervise counter services of a retail branch
  • Provide guidance and training to branch staff
  • Perform cross-selling bank products to customers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years or secondary education with minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of retail branch operations and security control
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
