Job Description
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth branch operations and branch security
- Supervise counter services of a retail branch
- Provide guidance and training to branch staff
- Perform cross-selling bank products to customers
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years or secondary education with minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail branch operations and security control
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
