Job Description
Responsibilities
- Solicit business and maintain relationship with corporate clients with more focus on mid-cap and large corporate
- Monitor the customer portfolio and minimize the credit risk to the Bank
- Expand existing client relationships and on-board new ones through new banking transactions
- Promote banking products - loan, loan syndication, trade finance, transaction banking, DCM, treasury, with top quality services
- Deal and advise on securities and investment-linked products
- Work with Credit and Origination team on credit proposals by providing inputs on deal background, account plan, yield justifications and recommendations
- Review offering sheet from Trade Operations Department and submit to Team Head for approval.
- Provide inputs on credit stress test results
- Review OD excess report and submit it to relevant parties for approval
- Handle Account opening, operation of loans and deposits
- Complete various reports (e.g. Customer call report, pipeline report, monthly cross-selling income report and Deal & Income Tracking)
Requirements
- University graduate or professional with recognized qualifications in banking, finance or related business disciplines
- At least 10 years' experience in risk management related fields such as special assets management/ credit approval and control/relationship of corporate or commercial banking
- Sound knowledge of credit products and credit analytical skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken coomunications in English and Chinese
- Good team player with strong interpersonal communications, analytical and writing skills
