Responsibilities

• Check and perform independently financial spreading, carry out credit rating / data sanity check in prompt and cautiously manner in credit proposals / review process to ensure the compliance with the Group / bank’s credit policy, regulatory and Basel guidelines
• Be the Special Matter Expertise (SME) with strong analytical mind in performing financial spreading and rating with prompt and accurate input in the bank’s system / tools to meet the required standard, guidelines and deliver quality and professional services to BUs within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Be the SME by giving advices and comments to BU in enquires relating to credit rating, financial spreading and / or the associated guidelines and credit policy matters. Strong communication and collaboration with BUs to support business growth while complying all internal and external policies / guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Conduct review and update departmental SOPs, system testing and UAT performance in relating to the growth of the department
• Bring initiatives to increase the productivity, streamline the process and maintain sustainability of growth of the department
• Other duties, to be assigned by department head and management

Requirements

• University holder in the discipline of Accounting, Finance or related fields with strong sense of analytical skills
• Professional qualifications such as AHKIB, CPA, ACCA is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant banking experiences in the field of credit analyst in Wholesale Banking, especially in the field of Corporate and Commercial Banking
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with sound accounting and credit products knowledge
• Self-motivated, open-minded and able to work under pressure

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager.
