Responsibilities

• As the General Coordinator of the design of the project, fully participate the design management, fully participate all meetings related to the design, fully take charge of all working plan & design delivery;
• Develop innovative and user-friendly design or solutions for different projects;
• Assist in handling of project related works including feasibility study, design presentation and cost estimation;
• Manage project partners effectively to ensure high quality & progress of the design;
• Facilitate & Liaise with consultants and contractors for the project;
• Participate in on-site checking and measurement, checking quality and progress of works;
• Provide assistance & technical guidance to other departments or teams;

 Requirements

• Min 10 years relevant experience in Architectural & Interior design, independently property project operating experience in real asset company is preferred;
• Very good knowledge and understanding of Architecture;
• Proven experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings;
• A reliable and creative nature with a good sense of Design;
• Degree holder in Architectural & Interior Design or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing;
• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good command in English & Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Manager
