Candidates should hold the following skills and experience:

• proven hands-on experience in environmental impact assessment reports and/ or project management/coordination of environmental studies for multidisciplinary infrastructure development projects;
• experience in liaison and coordination with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders on implementation of environmental monitoring and audit programme for major projects;
• conversant with Hong Kong environmental legislations and regulations, and its application on infrastructure and property development projects;
• have the ability to represent the company, identify and develop business opportunities, manage projects and lead a project team. 

Qualifications / educational requirements:

• have a minimum of 8-10 years environmental consultancy experience;
• Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental or relevant discipline (e.g. environmental science/ engineering), preferably with a Master’s degree;
• be a member of HKIEIA, CIWEM, or other equivalent professional bodies;
• Solid and proven hands-on management experience of EIA studies of large scale infrastructure projects. Knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques and instruments of water quality analysis would be advantageous;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Principal Consultant.
