Main objective of Job :

• Handle private and public sector building projects.
• A/A submission and renovation contracts management.
• Condition survey, due diligence inspections and interior design work.
• Other building consultancy work.

Requirement :

• MHKIS or MRICS with 2 years post qualified experience
• Able to prepare full report for the above jobs.
• Experienced in Building Regulations and other statutory regulations.
