A continuously expanding world leader in small domestic products is looking for a Project Manager to lead and monitor the process of specified kitchen appliances from the inception of its development to completion. The products created by this European company are constantly exceeding expectations, driven by innovation and has advanced technical performances. Quality, results and aesthetics is the key standard for each product but it is the enthusiasm and diligence of the team behind the product that renders its success.

The successful candidate must be influential, embody great product sense, prioritization and solid communication skills. They will be responsible for the following:

- Participate in the process for development of products

- Collect requirements for products from Product Managers

- Manage budget and resources allocated to the project

- Lead and provide support to project group: implement, monitor, manage progress

- Well-versed in technical terms as they will be constantly communicating with Engineers, Supply Chain and Quality teams

- Coordinate relevant team members, suppliers and Business Units

- Provide project evaluation and assessment of results to fulfill group KPI

- Build credibility with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- 7 years+ working experience

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Disciplined with analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong knowledge and experience in small kitchen appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, kettles, etc.

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
