Responsibilities:

• Understand & gather project requirement from different stakeholders to define user requirement and scope of work for efficient delivery of projects
• Responsible for system testing & end-user training
• Keep updating of latest digital marketing technologies and support internal team to implement new technologies into digital marketing campaigns
• Source, negotiate, manage and liaise with outsourced venders and service providers;
• Perform reporting, research analyzing and project requirement documents
• Assist in any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• 2-3 years or above relevant experience in online / digital marketing; or equivalent
• Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology is preferred
• Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web analytics and social media advertising
• Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
• Pleasant, proactive and passionate to work and take on responsibility
• Able to work independently, detailed mind with strong planning, project management skills
• Deadline and result oriented, experience in completing projects quickly or in short notice without losing the quality standards
• Proficient in MS project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Excellent communication skills, & people management
• Attention to detail with good knowledge of project documentation
• Immediate availability preferred
