Responsibilities:

• Lead and executive QA automation initiative - automate tests using test frameworks
• Optimize manual vs. automation test need
• Plan, manage, implement ongoing quality improvement processes in the product delivery teams
• Call out changes without tests and correct quickly
• Communicate effectively in an agile environment
• Foster a culture of testing
• Lead by example
• Make sure everything we ship has a full test suite

Qualifications we value

• BS/BA degree in computer science or related area
• 7 years of relevant engineering work experience, including 3 years leading QA/Test Automation Teams
• Passion to deliver high quality software
• Experience writing moderate complex code/scripts to automate testing and create tools so developers can test their own code
• Knowledge of automation frameworks like Xamarin Test Cloud, Appium, Selenium, etc.
• Knowledge of device farms
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, agile deliveries, CI/CD solutions
• Experience in high-traffic mobile app development
• Interact effectively with product manager and software engineers
• Communicate effectively on plans and progress
• Self-motivated, focused, proactive
• Fluency in English to work in multi-national team
