JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide helpdesk support to office and stores,to work closely with the business supporting on going growth of the business, company developments, operations and competitiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hardware and software installations, maintenance, support for office and stores in HK and Macau during office and shop business hours including public holidays, when it is needed.
• Responsible for POS and other IT systems maintenance, troubleshooting and training support
• IT inventory management and documentations
• Support system and application developments rolled out by regional IT to local market;
• Manage CCTV, IP phone and attendance systems
• Support shop opening in HK, Macau and Taiwan
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  
  
  

SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 years or above relevant IT experience in retail industry
• Prior working experience participating at regional projects
• Experience on POS system and back-end support
• Experience on server management
• Independent, well organized, flexible, strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua will be a definite advantage
• Candidate with retail sales experience is a plus
