The successful candidate will be responsible for both the legal and investment functions of the Group, including providing legal advice relating to PRC policies and laws to various departments, as well as identifying, assessing, managing and evaluating the potential investment projects of the Group.

-          Bachelor Degree or above in Legal Studies;

-          At least 8 years of solid experience in legal-related and investment-related work, previous experience working in the PRC property field highly preferred;

-          Well familiar with the laws and judicial system in the PRC;

-          Good understanding of the business culture, political and economic environment in the PRC;

-          Good experience in managing investment projects in a sizable corporation;

-          Possess a good network and good relationships with the business partners and relevant government departments in the PRC;

-          Excellent management and leadership abilities;

-          Native in Mandarin.
