Marketing Assistant (2 posts - Temporary / Permanent Part Time)

Requirements

• DSE or above with 2 - 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently, and well-organized
• Polite, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• 1-2 years relevant experience as Sales Researcher, Junior Sales, or in the client service field, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Occasionally travel to PRC ( only apply on the post of Permanent Part time)
  

Job Description :

Daily communications with customers for ongoing orders and new opportunities

Experience in handling large retailer (TRU, Walmart, Target, Costco, etc) are highly desirable

Must be able to work independently, have strong multi-tasking abilities and resourceful

Handling new enquiries: quote preparations, samples request and supervising OEM development if any.

Handling customized packaging development and pre-approvals on safety warning requirements versus BV or Intertek pre-assessment report.

Order details follow up from sampling, quote development

Additional sales support assignments if any

Working location at Shek Mun, Shatin

Permanent Part Time post will be considered either on am or pm

Temporary post is a full time job which is replaced by the maternity leave around 3 - 4 months
