Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Sourcing and working with suppliers on new product development for Health and Beauty products
• Expertise in broad range of Health and Beauty items (such as cosmetic, skincare, toiletry)
• Initiate new ideas to drive sourcing and merchandising improvement and gap to drive cost saving
• Explore and identify new business and new product opportunity
• Strong leader and able to drive strategy around sourcing and merchandising area
• Understand market trends and able to advise to cross functional teams

Ideal Candidates will have:

• 10+ years in an MNC or EU/US buying office
• Experienced in Formulated Products
• Bachelor degree in Chemistry is a PLUS
• Good people management skill
• Strong communication and presentation
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
