Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in supervising all the property management related matters.
2. Supervise and monitor site staffs and contractors’ performance
3. Handle emergency cases
4. Produce regular management reports and assist in the development and maintenance of managing system including policies and procedures
5. Provide building facility maintenance and tendering
6. Provide administrative support to the team and participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial / security industry / facility services
2. Certificate / Diploma in Property / Facility Management
3. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
4. Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
