Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Cert. holder
• 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and MS Office
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, independent and can work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of  presentation & construction drawings
• Preparation of budget and quotation
• Assist to Project Designer and coordinate with Project Manager
• Site supervision & coordination if needed.
• Immediate available is preferred
