Job Duties:

-  Handle and follow up customer inquiries and shipment booking

-  Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of inbound/outbound air shipment & quotation.

-  Input Operation System data entry & filing

Requirements:

-  Form 5 or above

-  2 years customer service/operation experience in Freight Forwarding Industry are preferable.

-  Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

-  Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

-  Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office) skills

-  5.5 days work (alternate Saturday-off system)

-  Familiar with RAR Program, DG Awareness, E-booking Knowledge will be an advantage

-  No shift duty is required

-  Immediately available is preferable
