Responsibilities:

• Leading a shipping team and oversee the entire logistics work flow with a high-level view to improve, timeliness, efficiency and cost-saving of logistics of goods in manufacturing and trading environment
• Coordinate among suppliers, third-party-logistics, distribution centers and logistics team to solve shipping issues in different countries;
• Formulate and implement logistic strategies by leading a sizable team
• Identify root cause of any issues relating to logistics and distribution, implement corrective actions on continuum basis
• Responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics, including international transport, storehouse management, vendor management, claims administration for goods, etc.
• To manage third party transportation providers and monitor their performance
• Review current international logistics management system for all logistics suppliers to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to target customers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Production / Material Planning / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in shipping & production material planning
• Coordinate with factory & internal parties to ensure daily operations in timely and accurate schedule
• Strong knowledge of ocean, air, truck and direct shipment;
• Good understanding of global trade compliance and customs clearance process in PRC, Asia, U.S. and EU countries;
• Mature, positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibilities and willingness to work under pressure;
• Able to station in Shenzhen/Dongguan locations 2/3 days a week as minimum or as required
