Job Description
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule with various parties.
- Handle full set shipping documents for US market independently.
- Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory/Merchandiser on shipping documents.
- Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of shipping experience & familiar with U.S. market.
- Strong analytical thinking, reliability, problem solving & work independently.
- Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Daily travel to Shenzhen Office (Located at SZ Shangri-La Hotal G/F just 5 mins walk from LoWu border)
- Immediate available is preferred.
Remarks:
- Job Location: Shenzhen (5 mins walk from Lo Wu border)
- Working Days Per Week: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 0930 to 1730
