Reporting to the Landscaping Operations Manager, the incumbent will oversee daily operation of landscape maintenance, improvement work and manage a large maintenance team. Besides, he/she will be responsible for manpower planning, job and resources allocation and coaching to ensure smooth operation, quality assurance and safety standard of landscaping matters. Furthermore, he/she will provide professional advice on landscaping needs during seasonal activities and liaise closely with other departments' staff. Also, he/she will be responsible for plant protection preparation during typhoon or rainy seasons and follow up rectification works or replacement, as well as tree management and arboriculture related activities including preparation of TRA report. In addition, he/she will be responsible for monitoring of maintenance contract, contractor administration and being a core member of special projects or developments on landscaping strategy including the green wall system, Flower Show, etc.

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in landscaping, gardening, arboriculture, horticulture, botany, forestry or related disciplines
- With at least 8 years' experience in landscaping, horticulture or gardening management, with 5 years of frontline supervisory role in large scaled park/garden
- Qualification or certification offered by professional institution or industrial organization on arboriculture such as Certified Arborist of the ISA or equivalent
- Good knowledge in occupational safety, tree maintenance and pest control
- Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible, sense of responsibilities, good supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Physically fit for outdoor work and shift duties are required
- Possession of valid driving license class 1 & 2 is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
