Ownership and responsibility for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function within the overall finance team and in accordance with the FP&A framework

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Lead the Global Sourcing & Supply Asia management performance reporting and forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Support Global Sourcing & Supply Asia three year planning process
• Lead Global Sourcing & Supply Asia budgeting process
• Continuous improvement of processes in line with local, Global Sourcing & Supply and Global Brands business needs
• Build good relationships with local and global stakeholders
• Support the review and development of existing Balanced Scorecard KPI’s

Key Position Requirements:

• Qualified accountants with 5 years post qualification experience
• Currently working in a commercial finance context, within a FMCG organization or MNC
• Ability to consolidate large amounts of data/information into meaningful and insightful management information used for decision making
• Experience of financial analysis and production of commentaries
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing and challenging environment
• Effective communicator both with finance and non-finance professionals
• Continuous improvement and problem solving mindset
• Pro-active approach, good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and conversational Cantonese
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
• Experience of SAP & Cognos desirable
