Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting, with CPA, CFA and MBA
• Experienced in managing Divisional Financial Controllers, Treasurer, MIS Manager in Hong Kong Office & China Factories.
• Experienced in Business Analysis, Venture Valuation & Financing, Invest & Divest Decision, M&A, IPO.
• Skilled in Computerised Accounting, AIS, Excel Data Analysis, VBA, FlexAccount, 金碟，用友 and ERP,
• Report to Board of Directors, Executive Incentive depending on Contribution to Profit & Enterprise Value.
• To work 3 days per week in DongGuan, other time in Hong Kong Office.
