•        Managing company bank accounts, budget planning, cashflow projections, company financial information, monitoring and reporting systems
•        Monthly unaudited financial and other internal reporting for both Hong Kong office and Shenzhen subsidiary
•        Working with senior management for financial planning
•        Financial risk management; operating our internal accounting and trade finance software to minimize operational and financial risk for the business
•        Liaising with external financing parties (e.g. bank loans, investors, etc.) both in Hong Kong and Shenzhen
•        Liaising with external service providers (e.g. auditors, IRD) both in Hong Kong and Shenzhen
•        Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
•        Supervising finance and operations staff (under 3 people) in Shenzhen office
•        Frequent travel to China (Shenzhen’s Futian district) required

Qualification Required:

•        University degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
•        ACCA/CPA or equivalent an advantage
•        Minimum 5 years Accounting relevant experience in full set accounting
•        Solid experience in PRC accounting and familiar with PRC accounting practices and tax regulations
•        Experience in trade finance or finance industry will be an advantage
•        Experience working with publicly listed companies will be an advantage
•        Excellent analytical, report-writing, computing planning
•        Positive work attitude, attention to detail, independent, mature, well-organized and able to communicate effectively
•        Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Work Conditions & Benefits

•        Salary: HKD 35,000 per month
•        Bonus: discretionary
•        Working days: Mon-Fri
•        Location: HK island, with travel to Shenzhen office (in Futian)
