Job Description

Lead the recruitment activities for below manager positions, provide professional advice on recruitment strategies to support business operations, build talent pipeline and lead the summer internship programme for the Company.

Support both in-house/ external training activities include but not limit to training vendors shortlisting, venue booking/ coordination/ liaison, training registration/ amendments, training calendar development and other logistics support..

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

Recruitment

  • Take a lead in all recruitment activities for below manager level, including placing ads, market mapping, screening applications, interviewing, background check, offer and contract administration
  • Provide professional advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and source candidates via different channels (vendors, direct, referral programs etc.)
  • Lead Summer Internship Program and New Join Induction
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interviews and other recruiting activities to ensure hiring compliance with all applicable laws
  • Provide administration support to HR Manager covering candidate screening, background check, on boarding and induction processing
  • Manage “People on the Move” monthly communications
  • Manage internal Jobs postings – internal email monthly/Pantry weekly/Update DMS
  • Manage the processes improvement plans on current recruitment channels and procedures
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Learning & Development

  • Assist in planning and developing training programmes to support people development
  • Provide logistics support for onsite and offsite training programs
  • Handle the whole training administration duties including course enrolment, nomination, co-ordination, venue set up and schedule arrangement etc.
  • Prepare training reports, records and analysis for management use
  • Evaluate and explore more training resources for enhancing the training effectiveness
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Key Position Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR (Recruitment) gained from sizeable multinationals
  • HR generalist background in fast-paced service industry
  • Solid end-to-end recruiting experiences in sizeable organizations
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations
  • Past experience in training coordination
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, responsible, team player, time sensitive and with the ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude
  • Meticulous, proactive, willing to learn and creative/think outside the box
  • Resilient and positive attitude
  • Change mindset
  • Good command of both English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & handling HR Management system
