Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, develop and delivery of various training programs for corporate staff and evaluate the overall training effectiveness
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design and execute different training initiatives to enhance Company’s learning culture as well as achieving the corporate goals
  • Liaise with external consultantsto developtrainingprograms and participate in various contests for corporate brand building
  • Support in staff relation & development projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or business related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in learning and development. Experience in service industry is definitely an asset
  • Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
  • Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
