Responsibilities:

• Carry out initial stage studies and prepare renovation project proposals;
• Provide technical support and prepare tender documents, e.g. quotation and materials submission;
• To monitor the project status and progress within schedule;
• Monitor the work of sub-contractors;
• Present to the Management and communicate with different Divisions (end-users).

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience, laboratory renovation experience is highly preferred;
• Sound knowledge of facilities management practices in security procedures, office space planning, etc.;
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and with Can-do attitude;
• Independent and able to get jobs done within tight deadlines;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat writer, Smart Draw;
• Practical knowledge and experience in AutoCAD application is essential;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
