Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vacancy list for all roles based across Asia.
  • Extensive CV sourcing on multiple job boards and websites, ensuring a continual pipeline of relevant candidates are available
  • Managing recruitment processes across Asia
  • Increasing the amount of internal referrals received
  • Coordinating interviews between the candidate and respective business area
  • Design a recruitment policy and take a creative view on recruitment strategy
  • Promote methods of direct recruitment in order to reduce recruitment costs
  • Maintaining a comprehensive recruitment spreadsheet for each business unit
  • Sending weekly reports to hiring managers on the status of their open requisition(s)
  • Discuss roles and candidate profiles with hiring managers and ensure job descriptions are in place for all open positions
  • Review and maintain Preferred Supplier List covering back office/support departments and ensuring that only approved suppliers are used
  • Ensure that the relevant approval authorisation is obtained for the hiring process and that all documentation is in place
  • When required collate CVs and providing a shortlist of suitable candidates for hiring managers
  • Assisting the Back Office HR team with ad hoc HR administration
  • Send out a monthly Bulletin to staff with an up to date vacancy list

 Skills / experience required:

  • Min 3 years’ prior recruitment experience essential
  • Experience using a variety of recruiting methods, such as social media websites and job boards
  • Good communication skills is essential in order to build relationships with hiring managers and senior managers in the organisation
  • Experience with Taleo and Oracle preferred
  • Local recruitment knowledge desired

  • Planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
